Your best bet is to reset the router back to its factory default configuration, I would check the instructions you got with it as the procedure is specific per model, but usually you have to hold the reset button in with a pin, then power cycle the router. Let me know if you get stuck.</description>

Yes, this is correct that most Linksys routers default DHCP range will start from 192.168.1.100. However, I have come across instances where the DHCP server is disabled by default and the user has no option but to configure a static ip address, I thought it would be useful to include this in the guide :)
