Hi,

I used this software as well as some real routers to prepare for my CCNA exam. The software has everything you need but just doesnt feel as good as using real equipment!

If your on a budget though then this software will be fine for passing your CCNA, if you plan on doing CCNP after I would be prepared to invest in a bit of Cisco kit.

Foxit is far from perfect, but it’s a small price to pay to avoid having to use Adobe reader!

I hate Adobe Reader so much. Why can’t it at least scroll smoothly using the mousewheel or arrow keys, not 1 line at a time with ghosting and lag, on simple text based pdfs?? My computer isn’t brand new but it’s not a piece of crap.

Just discovered the option to disable updates. I imagine this will remain selected about as reliably as qttask.exe (Quicktime startup taskbar shit).

Everything about the program is clunky, laggy, and infuriating. I’ve tried Foxit and it was good except it was buggy – my toolbars would always get garbled up and insane, randomly.

I just generously allowed Adobe to update and it asked me to restart the computer. FUCK NO! My laptop has been running for weeks without restarting and I prefer to keep it that way. I have documents open everywhere, some unsaved, workspaces laid out. You gotta FUCKING waste my time so that you can fix some software bug or add some enhancement that most likely I don’t even need. Save the occasional critical security fix, but once per week is too often for that! Just the thought that I will have to restart my computer some time later is like a splinter in my mind. If you’re an Adobe employee reading this, keep on laughing motherfucker.

I HAD STOPZILLA INSTALLED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT ALTHOUGH THEY DID TRY TO GET ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY, BUT THAT ASIDE THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

Yeah, you must make a REAL crappy product if it needs to be updated EVERY DAY.

It’s like a virus. How hard is it to open a document with your bloated, laggy software?

If you need to update it every day you are DOING SOMETHING wrong.

I’m uninstalling it and using FOxit or some 3rd party alternative, I’m tired of this stupid software nagging me to update EVERY DAY.

Your users have spoken. I am not alone. Dig your head out of the sand, put your nerd-ego aside, and create a better user experience.
